Reconstruction

The reconstruction of the Swiss alpine cheese factory Riggisalp is completed. The traditional cheese factory in the Swiss Alps has been built by the Schmitten Alpine Cooperative and Bernard Schneuwly from Schmitten will run the cheese factory. He inaugurated the newly built cheese factory on the 26 of May 2020.
